With supply chain disruptions finally easing, flooring retailers were suddenly inundated this year with new 2022 introductions from their supplier partners. This embarrassment of wealth spawned a myriad of “must-have” offerings for all types of flooring. The following are some notable introductions for 2022, along with their key selling points.

Benchwick: Blue1


Blue 11, Benchwick’s newest rigid core line, features an innovative, high-performance core derived from plastic bottles reclaimed and then recycled from ocean water. This offers a greener alternative compared to core materials derived from oil or virgin PVC. In addition to its environmental appeal, the core features improved stability and impact/dent resistance over existing rigid iterations and features direct-to-core digital printing for added realism.
