Bee’s Plumbing and Heating was launched almost 5 years ago and has grown rapidly in size since its inception and is looking for a Full Time Dispatcher who wants to continue growing with the company. We currently have 40 employees and are looking to expand the team. We provide full medical, dental and visual coverage for you and your family. We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Dispatch Lead/Manger to join the team. Salary will be very competitive and will be based on previous experience, approximately 60-80k per year. Complete medical, dental and vision. Plus a full retirement program for all employees. Driver’s license, drug test and background check are required.

Monday to Friday our office is open from 07:00 to 20:00
Saturday: approx. 7am-8pm
Sunday: approx. 7am-8pm

Hours are 40 per week plus OT if needed. We need someone with a very flexible schedule.

• MUST have previous experience with dispatching and scheduling
• MUST have a stable and long-term job history
• MUST have a strong ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Use common sense with customers
• Self motivated
• Detail-oriented
• QuickBooks and/or ServiceTitan Experience would be helpful

• Shipping and scheduling
• Managing a team of 10-15 Plumbers
• Answer multiple phone lines and provide excellent customer service
• Customer complaints
• Reputation management
• Run credit cards
• Open and/or close the office
• General office tasks – archiving, copying, etc.
• This position also provides administrative and personal assistance to the owners and other managers
