This 2,896-square-foot condo — which currently includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a one-car garage on the ground floor — will undergo a floor-to-ceiling update, moving from a split floor plan to an open-concept layout, along with conversions that better fit the homeowners’ lifestyles. On the balcony, homeowners can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf through a fully open window opening with dividing bars and refreshed window treatments. This balcony gives residents and guests access to the kitchen, living room and master bedroom and bathroom. Seagate will also begin a refurbishment project in Quail West next month. Its main purpose is to add a gym to the second-floor balcony of the single-family house. Crews will demolish part of the screen housing to extend the roofline before building walls and adding carpet, a dry bar, mirrors, a miniature refrigerator, a Sonos sound system, motorized awnings and outlets for fitness equipment.

The renovation of Quail West will be completed this fall.

In August, Seagate will begin a full-home renovation project in Miromar Lakes, Florida. The 5095-square-foot single-storey home—including three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a three-car garage—will transition into a more open floor plan. This will become apparent in trendy installations and fixture replacements, as well as a more streamlined flow from room to room.

Seagate will upgrade all windows to hurricane code, return the Auto Bay gym to a garage space, replace all roof tiles with concrete tiles, replace all arch windows around the door with rectangular windows, and remove all arch windows above the garage. On the pool deck and covered porch, crews will remove railings, upgrade pavers, as well as the outdoor kitchen, fireplace and pool equipment, and install two new fire bowls at the infinity edge of the pool, among other renovations.

Inside, homeowners will enjoy wide plank wood and tile floors, as well as updated ceiling fixtures, lighting, cabinets, plumbing, cooktop, windows, vanities, and countertops in select rooms. Some of the biggest changes to the kitchen are corner benches and a new decorative wooden extractor hood above the hob. In the master bath, Seagate will remove the closet space next to the sinks to create better flow and install a new freestanding tub, make-up area and new tiling in the shower area and master bedroom/bath entrance. Meanwhile, in the family room, an updated space will replace the wall with the fireplace and television. Seagate will also install a wine cellar and a new wet bar in the living room.

The renovation of Miromar Lakes, Florida will be completed in 2022.

Seagate is also renovating a 1,152-square-foot townhome—two bedrooms, two and a half baths—on Boca Grande.
