Plumbers over physicists | Boothbay Register
Dear Editor:
I am writing this note that I learned many years ago about physicists and plumbers. I’ve read the Boothbay Registry notes that Rachael Townsend holds a Masters Plumbing License. The following is related.
A society that values its physicists more than its plumbers is doomed to fail.
Neither his theories nor his pipes will hold water.
As a physicist, I remember this if I ever got too big an ego or forgot that we need plumbers just as much as we need physicists. Often we need plumbers much more.
