Parterre introduces commercial hardwood lines
Mountville, Pa.- Parterre, a brand of AHF Products, introduced three new commercially developed hardwood flooring lines to the architecture and design community: Wooded Habitat, Nurtured and Deeply Rooted, providing customers with a single point of contact for both hardwood and luxury vinyl products for the contract market .
According to the company, the new commercially designed hardwood floor combines strength and resilience with classic beauty and sophistication. The line includes a variety of products from white oak, northern red oak, hickory, maple and birch.
“This offering is all about creating unique looks that can make any commercial space interesting,” said Brian Parker, vice president of product management, AHF Products. “Natural wood can carry the motif and experience of the entire establishment. The right wood floor is an authentic and critical part of compelling spaces that designers want customers to remember.”
Parterre’s new wood range features the exclusive Densitek core. Made from layers, Densitek core composite hardwood is constructed with a 100% natural wood veneer top, Densitek core and 100% wood bottom. Densitek core is a composite wood composite material made by compressing real wood fibres. According to the company, it is denser and less porous than solid wood or wood veneer, and offers greater resistance to dents, dimensional stability and moisture resistance, which in no way alters the appearance or textures of the floor.
Parterre developed hardwood floors are easy to maintain and have a low gloss, high quality urethane coating with aluminum oxide that lasts. Clean by sweeping or vacuuming and use hardwood and laminate floor cleaner if necessary. Choose from floating, glued or staple installation methods.
“Take your headquarters to the next level by adding high-quality white oak to your boardroom or CEO’s office,” Parker added. “Bring eye-catching design and sophistication to niche stores and boutique hotel lobbies — anywhere you want customers and customers to stand out.”
