As a company spokesperson pointed out, COVID-19 is by far the biggest challenge the Jennings Heating & Cooling team has faced in recent years.

One way Jennings Heating & Cooling was able to stay open during the pandemic was with the launch of Virtual Advisor, a program that allowed the company’s technicians to remotely troubleshoot, evaluate and diagnose problems where possible. Foraker was able to offer this innovative virtual visit during the pandemic to new and existing customers free of charge.

If the problem could not be resolved during the virtual visit, an on-site service would be scheduled and run in an extremely secure manner with some security measures.
