Bill and Bob will both remain on the McLoughlin team, serving as General Manager and Comfort Advisor, respectively.
Rob DiPietro, Managing Director, HVAC at HomeServe: “Companies with reputations such as McLoughlin Plumbing, Heating & Cooling – which we consider to be the best of the best in the industry – are a perfect fit for HomeServe. I’m excited that Bill, Bob and the McLoughlin team are now part of HomeServe and help us extend our reach in southeastern Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic.”
The McLoughlin team is not only committed to customer excellence, as evident from their 4.6 star Google rating, they also have a rich history of supporting deserving organizations in their communities. From kids’ baseball, softball and hockey to well-known local and national organizations, the McLoughlin team knows what it means to be part of the community where they live and work.
Bill McLoughlin: “McLoughlin has been providing superior plumbing, heating, air conditioning, sewer and drain cleaning services to the residents of Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1965. We are proud of the relationships we have built with our customers over the years, some of which last for generations. At McLoughlin, we have long had the mantra of ‘service expected, quality guaranteed’. And because we found the best company for us to be a part of for our future growth, we knew it had to be someone who shared that feeling. With HomeServe, we are confident that our commitment to our customers and the high level of expertise delivered to them will remain the same, and we are excited to be part of a company that knows and understands the value those people who work in the skilled crafts work, bring their local communities.”
