Daltile launches new Made in USA quartz slabs

Dallas, Texas — Daltile launched four new designs in the brand’s One Quartz oversized quartz slab range. Made in the USA with imported materials at Dal-Tile LLC’s quartz plant in Dickson, Tennessee, these new designs are among the largest quartz slab products in the world, according to the company.

“These new oversized slabs illustrate how quartz combines the beauty of marble and limestone with durability and low maintenance,” said Roy Viana, natural stone and slab director for Dal-Tile. “Quartz allows you to add beautiful natural stone looks to your home’s design in a material that can withstand everyday activities, perfect for kitchens. These quartz slabs are non-porous, scratch and stain resistant and can be used on walls and countertops.”

Twilight Guilloche

“Inspiration for this product comes from the beautiful ornate marble looks found in nature,” said Viana. “Using Daltile’s proprietary quartz technology, we are able to bring intricate veining patterns to life, creating luxurious and elegant movements within the flowery marble sculpture of Arabescato Twilight. The vein itself is constructed from a signature burgundy/brown vein color and the strength of this veining pattern plays nicely against the warmer white background of Arabescato Twilight.”

The collection is available in ¾-inch and 1 ¼-inch thickness with a polished finish. It is suitable for use as walls or countertops.

Arabescato Mountain

“Our new Arabescato Mountain has much softer and snowy veins,” said Viana. “Reminiscent of nature’s most delicate marble veins, these oversized quartz slabs have a cool white background with soft gray veins.”

The collection is available in ¾-inch and 1 ¼-inch thickness with a polished finish. It is suitable for use as walls or countertops.

Freedom Black

“Interior design currently calls for products in classic deep, basic black,” says Viana. “Daltile’s new Liberty Black oversized quartz slabs deliver classic marble looks in this coveted hue. Against the midnight black background, flowery vein detail has been skilfully used to create an open white vein pattern with delicate white speckle accents.”

The collection is available in ¾-inch and 1 ¼-inch thicknesses with a polished or Lava finish. Liberty Black is the first design produced at the brand’s Dickson factory and is offered in Daltile’s new patented Lava finish, which provides a more natural look and feel. It is suitable for use as walls or countertops.

“Inspired by classic Belgian limestone, Nightfall offers a rich, deep black color with subtle, small, fossil-like speckles scattered in a semi-balanced pattern across the slab,” said Viana. “Nightfall is the first black limestone design we have included in our One Quartz offering.”

The collection is available in ¾-inch and 1 ¼-inch thicknesses with a polished or honed finish. It is suitable for use as walls or countertops.
