Barron Frith joins RFCI – Floor Covering News
Newport Beach, Calif. – Barron Frith, president of CFL, was elected secretary/treasurer of the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) at the RFCI Fall Meeting at the Resort on Pelican Hill on October 24, 2022.
According to RFCI, Frith has a lot of experience in the resilient category, serving as president of CFL for 14 years. Prior to that, Frith was CEO of Cryntel OEM LVT for 13 years and previously held various positions at Congoleum Corp. Frith will join Shaw’s RFCI board chairman Herb Upton and HMTX’s new vice chairman Russ Rogg and together they will form the fast-growing trade organization that represents resilient floors, according to RFCI.
“We are absolutely delighted that Barron can devote some of the time of his highly demanding schedule to help us grow our industry,” said Bill Blackstock, president and CEO of RFCI.
According to Frith, CFL is honored to be part of RFCI. “If you look at the work being done to benefit our industry, it’s amazing,” Frith said.
