“AHF Products is proud to support this wonderful tradition that highlights the beauty of our national forests,” said Jeff Sommer, director of marketing & digital engagement. “This beautiful tree will provide an opportunity for all Americans to celebrate the spirit of the holiday season as the tree makes its journey to our nation’s capital.”

The tree’s journey from the Pisgah National Forest to the West Lawn of the US Capitol Building begins on Saturday, November 5. As part of this year’s theme, “From the Mountains to the Sea,” the tour will make 14 public stops. travel from the mountains to the sea through North Carolina and Virginia before reaching the West Lawn on Friday, November 18. Local communities will welcome the 28-foot-tall red spruce in parks, plazas, schools, memorials, high streets and more. Benefactors will have the chance to sign the banners on the sides of the truck, learn about their national forests, shop for US Capitol Christmas Tree merchandise, and more.

From November 5, the journey of the tree can be followed online in real time, organized by Spireon, Inc. Festivities are free and open to everyone.
